Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data as follows, even if you have already removed the app from your device:

Where available in the app, you may also delete your account directly in Settings → Account → Delete account. The web deletion request remains available at any time independently of that.

When processing a deletion request we permanently remove personal data linked to your account, including:

• account identifiers (name, email address, password, user role),
• settings and preferences associated with your profile,
• content and activity data you recorded that can be linked to you, unless retention is required by law,
• identifiers linked to you stored in technical logs.

Temporary suspension or deactivation of an account is not deletion — on a deletion request the data are permanently removed.

We may retain certain data after account deletion for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention, only for as long as necessary:

• Billing and accounting data – for 8 years under accounting rules.
• Security and anti-abuse logs – for as long as the legitimate interest persists, up to 12 months.

Retained data are not used for other purposes and are deleted when the retention period ends. For details see our privacy policy.

We process deletion requests without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will confirm completion by email.
